Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery or salon pickup. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for these returns.
To arrange a return, email purdyinpink208@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. You may also contact us to arrange a return at the salon.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, email purdyinpink208@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and packaging while we review the issue.
These cases are handled separately from returns of unopened, unused products. We will contact you about the next steps to resolve the problem.
Refunds & Appointment Policies
After we receive and review your return, we will contact you about the refund. Eligible returned products are refunded to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
Salon appointments, deposits, cancellations, and service concerns are handled by your stylist under the terms provided through GlossGenius. Please contact your stylist directly about those matters.
